Hallo! Ich bin Marie, biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete für den Monat von Februar, da ich in Berlin in der Zeit arbeiten werde. Daten sind ein bisschen flexibel - schreibt mir einfach gern über WhatsApp.
In der Miete von 750€ sind alle Kosten inklusive wie Wlan, Strom und Wasser.
Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock - ohne Aufzug. Im Keller findet man eine Waschmaschine zu Teilen (0,50€ pro Wäsche)
Trotz einer sehr zentralen Lage (St Pauli) ist das Haus sehr ruhig, weil es im Hinterhof steht.
Nächste Stationen sind S-Bahn Reeperbahn und U-Bahn St Pauli. Buslinien gibt es auch.

My name is Marie, I sublet my apartment for the month of February, as I will be working in Berlin. The moving in & out dates are a bit flexible, let me know what would suit best. Please write me on WhatsApp for a quick response.
The rent of 750€ includes all costs, like Wi-Fi, electricity and water.
The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. In the basement, you can find a shared washing machine (0,50€ per load).
Even though the house is very central (St Pauli), it is quiet as it is in a courtyard.
Next stations are S-Bahn Reeperbahn and U-Bahn St Pauli. Bus lines are also running from there.
