Hallo zusammen,
da wir bereits einen Monat früher als geplant in unsere neue Wohnung einziehen konnten, würden wir unsere alte Wohnung in einer ruhigen Ecke von St. Pauli gerne für den Juli (evtl. ist eine Verlängerung möglich) untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, wovon das größte ein Durchgangszimmer ist. 2 Zimmer liegen zum ruhigen Innenhof und eines zur Straße.
Internet ist vorhanden! Möblierung z.B. Bett, Luftmatratze, Stühle, Kleiderschrank, Regal etc. können wir je nach Bedarf flexibel bereitstellen. Da können wir bei Bedarf gerne unterstützen. Alles, was auf den Bildern abgebildet ist, ist noch vorhanden: Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Tisch+Hocker in der Küche, Kleiderstange, etc.
Bei Bedarf könnte auch nur eines der Zimmer gemietet werden. Wir machen einen befristeten Untermietvertrag.
Bei Fragen gerne per WhatsApp/iMessage melden. Anrufe kann ich vermutlich zeitlich nicht annehmen.

Hi there, we’re looking for an intermediate tenant for our 3 bedroom apartment in a fairly quite street in St. Pauli. Bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished. Bedrooms are empty at the moment but we could provide whatever you need to stay the month.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral sowohl zur Elbe, Hafen, Reeperbahn und damit an der uBahn St. Pauli sowie S-Bahn Landungsbrücken oder Reeperbahn.
