Sie liegt zentral in Wandsbek nah an den U Bahnstationen Wandsbek Markt und Straßburger Straße sowie der S Bahnstation Friedrichsberg. Sie ist also sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Die Nachbarn (3 Parteien) sind alle supernett und leise.
In der Hausanlage befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die mitgenutzt werden können (Münzeinwurf).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 527 Euro (enthält Wasser und Heizung)
Die Wohnung kann idealerweise zum 15.Januar angeboten werden,aber da kann man sonst bestimmt nochmal drüber reden =)
