Tenemos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones y estamos alquilando 1 habitación. El apartamento tiene bañera, cabina de ducha, aseo de invitados. Está a 5 minutos caminando a S-bahn y U-bahn. 5 minutos caminando a todos los supermercados y restaurantes. El edificio es nuevo con calefacción por suelo radiante y dispone de ascensor. Buscamos a alguien responsable y limpio. Estamos contentos de tener a alguien por corto período también. El alquiler anterior es por habitación (con muebles)

We have a 3 room flat and are renting out 1 room. The flat has bath tub, shower cabin, guest toilet. It is 5 min walking to S-bahn and U-bahn. 5 min walking to all the supermarkets and restaurants. The building is new with floor heating and has an elevator. We are looking for someone who is responsible and clean. We are happy to have someone for short period as well.
