Ich biete eine tolle 3-Zimmer WHG in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon und Dachboden an.
Die Wohnung ist vollwertig möbliert mit Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, TV und vielem mehr.

Ich suche Mieter, die für einen längeren Zeitraum in der Stadt bleiben und eine Bleibe für 1-3 Personen benötigen. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel, je länger desto besser.
Das Apratment ist bedingt WG-tauglich. Ideal für 2 Personen als WG oder 3 Personen als Paar mit 1-2 Kinder.

Die Wohnung teilt sich in 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur.
Von den 3 Zimmern ist ein Zimmer das große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00). Das zweite Zimmer ist das kleinere Schlafzimmer, mit einem 1,20er Bett, Schreibtisch und direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Das dritte Zimmer ist das große Wohnzimmer, welches neben einem Fernseher inkl. Multimediageräten (DVD, CD, Radio) und Esstisch ein großes Sofa mit Schlaffunktion bietet.
Das moderne Tageslichtbad hat eine Wanne. Dort ist auch die Waschmaschine untergebracht.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen auf Arbeitshöhe und Induktionskochfeld. Ein großer Kühlschrank darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
WiFi ist mit 30€/Monat in den Nebenkosten enthalten, kann übernommen werden.
Strom ist mit 75€/Monat in den Nebenkosten enthalten
Ich würde es bevorzugen wenn ein eigener Stromvertrag abgeschlossen wird.
Viele Fenster sind neu, daher sind verhältnissmaßig wenig Heizkosten zu erwarten, mit 100€/Monat in den Nebenkosten berücksichtigt.

The apartment is fully furnished with fitted kitchen, washing machine, TV and much more.

I am looking for tenants who are staying in the city for a longer period of time and need a place to stay for 1-3 people. The rental period is flexible, the longer the better.
The apartment is conditionally suitable for sharing. Ideal for 2 people as a shared flat or 3 people as a couple with 1-2 children.

The apartment is divided into 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
One of the 3 rooms is the large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). The second room is the smaller bedroom, with a 1.20 bed, desk and direct access to the balcony. The third room is the large living room, which offers a TV incl. multimedia equipment (DVD, CD, radio) and dining table as well as a large sofa with sleeping function.
The modern daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The washing machine is also located there.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven at working height and induction hob. A large fridge is of course also included.
WiFi is included in the additional costs at 30€/month and can be taken over.
Electricity is included in the utilities at 75€/month
I would prefer if a separate electricity contract is concluded.
The apartment is heated via district heating.
