ich möchte diese Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern vermieten. Derzeit wohnt noch eine Familie dort, die im Mai auszieht. Die Räume haben 20, 16 und 12 m². Küche und Bad sind in einem neuen Zustand.
Bitte erzählt kurz was über euch. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass die neuen Mieter auf die Wohnung acht geben.
Desweiteren gibt es einen Güteraufzug. Kein Personen Aufzung.

i search someone who likes to rent an enitre appartment.
it has 3 rooms. 20m² , 16m² and one with 12m².
3 people can live there.
kitchen and bathroom are almost new.
there is an elevator for bags. It s not an elevator for people. just for things you have shopped for example.
I will be the new owner of the appartment from 1 June. So currently there is still one family living there which is moving out in May.
