Die Wohnung hat 2 gut geschnitte Zimmer und ist mit Echtholzparkett ausgelegt. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Erker mit Nachmittagssonne. Das Bad ist neu saniert und hat ein Fenster und eine bodentiefe Dusche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig gelegen und bietet genug Platz für Schrank und Kommode.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Bahnstation ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - nan sieht die Haltestelle aus dem Wohnzimmer. Die Bahnen fahren alle 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Zum Hbf sind es 3 Stationen. In die andere Richtung ist ein Lidl, welcher auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt ist, der auch Samstags bis 21Uhr geöffnet hat. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein Park und ein Hallenbad.
Ich gehe für 3 Monate ins Ausland und suche jemanden der meine schnucklige Wohnung so pflegt wie ich. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr mir, bei Interesse, eine Mail schickt. Am besten mit Handynummer, dann rufe ich gerne zurück. Ich werde auch noch Fotos hochladen. Bei Bedarf schicke ich auch gern welche per Handy.
