The flat is very nice with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. The room is shared, it has three beds but is only for two people.(girls room only)It is fully furnished (bed, table, wardrobe, chair) and it has aa balcony. The room has beautiful big windows that give a lot of light and shades that can get the room nicely dark. There is a private closed off area in thethe house where you can have your bike.
The flat is about 10 minutes walking from Kaufland and the main train station. It is very close to the city center and it is about 13 min walking (5 min on a bike) to the Leibniz University. Public Transport (bus, U) is also about 10 - 15 minutes away.
It is a shared apartment. There is six of us (3 girls, 3 guys) and we are all students. Most of us speak German but we do know English too as we are all international. Living in the house is relaxed and fun. We do like to get together from time to time and do whatever! I will be leaving the apartment for good so I need someone who will take my place. The contract is for minimum 6 months. Just semd me a message here or on WhatsApp. You can come to see the apartment beforehand.
