Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße zum Engelbosteler Damm in der schönen Nordstadt unweit der Innenstadt, der Universität sowie den Herrenhäuser Gärten.

Sie verfügt über zwei aneinander anschließende Zimmer, davon ist das hintere ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett (100x140) Das vordere Zimmer bietet ein Doppelbett mit großer Bettdecke (140x200). Im Familien/Kinderzimmer steht eine Eckcouch, die schnell zu einem großen, komfortablen Doppelbett umgebaut werden kann sowie ein großes Floorbett. Die Fotos werden noch aktualisiert. Besonders schön sind in diesen Zimmern die alten Kachelöfen und der Eichenfußboden.

Das große Badezimmer erlaubt ausgiebige Bäder ohne Einblick von draußen (In der warmen Jahreszeit besonders schön mit geöffnetem Fenster und den rauschenden Bäumen davor). Hier steht auch eine Waschmaschine, ein großer Wäscheständer und Waschmittel zur Verfügung.

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Wohnküche und der anschließende ebenfalls großzügige Westbalkon für abendliche Sonnenstunden.


You can find our apartment in a back street of "Engelbosteler Damm" in the beautiful Nordstadt of Hannover not far from either the city center, the university or the Herrenhäuser Gärten and the big parks. All accessible on foot.
The space has two adjoining rooms of which the back room offers a single bed (100cmx200cm). The first room has a double bed equipped with a big blanket for two if you want.
In the family/kids bedroom you can find a sofa bed that can be easily switched from sofa to bed and from bed to sofa and double matress (140cmx200cm). Photos are from last year.
You will love the old tiled stoves and the real wood floors.
The spacious bathroom invites you for a nice long bath with just trees in front of the window - in the summer it's especially nice to have the window open and enjoy the breeze. You can also find a washing machine and a decent drying rack.
The highlight of the space is the nice kitchen with a door to the well-spaced west-facing balcony in view of trees and rooftops for evening sunshine hours.
