Mostly young people live in the house - couples as well as shared flats. The inner courtyard with a small seating area is shared by everyone. Bicycles can also be parked in the courtyard.
Zentral in der Heidelberger Altstadt gelegen, 2 min Fußweg zum Bismarckplatz & damit perfekte ÖPNV Anbindung.
Penny ist 50m zu Fuß entfernt. Aldi & Rewe nur ein paar Gehminuten. Aufgrund der perfekten Lage ist eigentlich alles für den täglichen Gebrauch innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert abzugeben inklusive brandneuer Waschmaschine. Die Möbel sind gerade mal zwei Jahre alt und in sehr gutem Zustand und sollen vom Nachmieter für eine Ablösesumme i.H.v. 1400€ (darin enthalten auch Geschirr, Küchenzubehör und Co.) übernommen werden. Näheres kann bei einer Besichtigung besprochen werden.
