Es sind zwei schöne, helle Zimmer mit Holzboden. Eine Couch, Kommode, Tisch, Bett, Matratze, Schrank, teppich, schreibtisch, 2 lampen, wachtrockner und Kühlschrank sind schon dabei.
Eine Vormieterin meinte noch, dass oben drüber ein Lehrer wohnt, der etwas lärmempfindlich ist, also darf man keine Hausis veranstalten, aber ich hatte noch keine Probleme, wenn man zum Vorglühen da ist und dann in die Untere oder so weiterzieht. Ab 22 Uhr muss halt etwas leiser sein.
Eine bessere Lage kann man kaum finden. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und bildet ein "Bermuda-Dreieck" mit der UB und der Marstall-Mensa.
Zum Einkaufen kann man zum Penny in der Plöck oder Rewe/Aldi beim Bismarckplatz gehen.
Die Untere ist natürlich auch nicht weit, man kann also als Altstadt-Student eigentlich alles zu Fuß machen.
PS: Bin gerade nicht in HD und kann deswegen leider keine besseren Bilder machen.
