Das Apartment ist brandneu (Erstbezug 2016), vollmöbiliert mit zwei Zimmern (etwa 52 m²) und eigener Tereasse. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Supermarkt (Aldi) nur fünf Minuten.
Ein Bus fährt recht nah (etwa drei Minuten entfernt) direkt zum Bismark Platz oder zum SAP Headquarter. Nebenan ist eine Grünfläche und eines der besten Restaurants in Heidelberg (Neo) sowie die Event Location Halle02.
Das Campus Gardens bietet Gemeinschaftsräume mit Billiardtisch, eigenem Fitnessraum, Volleyball Feld und mehreren Dachterassen. I will sublet my fully furnished Loft Apartment in Heidelberg Bahnstadt from the 01.08.2017 until the 01.10.2017 and if you are interested you can take it over completely after this.
The apartment is brand new (first people moved in 2016), fully furnished with two rooms with about 52 m² and it's own terrace. You have the central station in 7 minutes as well a supermarket (Aldi) in 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus right in front of the door going directly to the Bismark Platz or to the SAP headquarter. Close by you have a beautiful green park area and one of the best restaurants in Heidelberg (Neo).
The campus gardens living area has a common area with a pool table, a gym, a beach volleyball field and several rooftop terraces included.
