My wife and I are leaving HD soon. Therefore there is a great apt. opportunity for you in Bahnstadt. This apt. is awesome - there is everything you need in it: from balcony to A+ energy efficiency. The building is very fresh (2013). Please check the German version below for more details.

The location is very cool. If you haven't been to Bahnstadt, please do - there are sometimes group of tourists there too. Many green areas, places for volleyball and basketball, good connection with the downtown.
There is a tram 22 and bus 33 very close to the house.
Only 3 minutes walk to nearby Aldi. And of course Bahnhof is close too (10 min)
Our landlord is a very good person. Very helpful, easy to reach and useful.
There is no extra stuff you need to pay (except buying the furniture)
The renting date can be negotiated (but not much)
Important! The next tenant should buy the furniture from us. (kitchen belongs to the apt.)
There is also 80 EUR monthly for the garage.
