Wir sind weg von Heidelberg für den Zeitraum 16. April bis 05. Mai und suchen Zwieschenmieter dafür.
Die Wohnung ist ganz hubsch und hell, ca. 55-60 qm. Sie findet sich um die Ecke von der Alten Eppelheimer und Mittermaierstrasse, am 4. Stock. Nur 1min Laufgeh von Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer (plus Bad, Küche mit bar, Essraum, Abstellraum) und ist ideal für Paare. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage.
Wenn notwendgig der/die Mieter/in noch ein Paar Tage vor oder nach dem obigen Zeitraum, im Wohnzimmer bleiben kann.
Es gibt waschermaschine im Keller. Es ist auch vorhanden wireless Internet Anschluss, dolby surround Musik anlage, radio aber kein TV.

We are away from the city for the period 16. April until 05. May and we are looking for an intermediate tenant.
The apartment is really nice and beautiful, ca. 55-60 sm. It is located in the corner of Alte Eppelheimer and Mittermaierstrasse, on the 4th floor. It is only 1 minute walk away from the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof). There is a massive living room and one bedroom (plus bathroom, kitchen with bar, dinning place and store room). There is also an inside parking lot. If it is necessary the tenant could stay a couple of days more, before or after the above mentioned time period.
There is a washing machine in the cellar. It is also available wireless Internet, dolby surround music system, radio but no TV.
