Our flat is a fully furnished two-room one. The present set-up of the flat has:
- one large living room with a corner couch, which gets transformed to a comfy double bed, and a double desk with further shelves on it (further furniture to be included end of July).
- a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe
- fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub
- the kitchen is separate and therefore can be used as a shared flat for the time offered.
We provide all the necessities for living in the apartment (duvets, fans, duvets, pillows, bed sheet, cutlery, plates).

The price stated above (850 EUR) corresponds to the rent for the period that it is available.

The price includes all the apartment costs (electricity, garbage maintenance, water, internet, 2 parking spots).
Also possible to rent for less than one month within August. In addition, it is available to rent per day (EUR 45) or per week (EUR 350)! Feel free to contact us for more information or whatever would fit best in your schedule.
The flat is located in Bergheim, Heidelberg:
- 10 min walk to the University campus (ideal location for university visitors, interns, etc)
- 8 min biking / 15 min walking to Bismarckplatz
- 10 min walk from Heidelberg Central Railway Station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof)
- There's a bus stop within 2 min walking distance that connects the flat with city centre wit 8 min bus ride.
We can help you with transportation by giving you tips and a personalized city transport schedule, if you're visiting Heidelberg. :)
