Two-bedroom flat. The rooms are pretty cozy and light. The sun is always shining there , so you can't fall asleep early in winter ;)
Its furnished and you can find there bed linen.
The television is good and there are some international channels, so you can enjoy it.
The kitchen is small but there is everything that you need, all kitchen utensils and electric kettle. There is hood in the kitchen and good ventilation, you can smoke , but don't forget to turn it on. Washing machine and dishwasher are in the kitchen. And two umbrellas are included for raining weather :)
The prise is 450 and the deposit is 500.
All utilities are uncluded.
It's availiable from 15 of December.But if you need place to live earlier I can send you the key. It's not a problem.

Good and clean district. 300-400 meters from university. There some stores and cafeteria not so far away. You can reach downtown fast. In my house there are many students who rent an appartment. So, you can make new friends easy. They will help you get used to the new place.
Hey everybody! My name is Julia, I'm 21 years old. I am a cheerful and hardworking person, I love aktive lifestyle, jogging, swimming and walking with my friends . I also like to help people. I am a member of volunteer group Youth Action for Peace. I often go to the countries where human rights are violated. I have already served my volunteer mission in different region with political conflicts such as Libya, Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan.
I am in Ukraine right now,trying to help people. I help children with psychological disorders after war there last summer. I will finish my mission 13th of December and then back to Heidelberg. I want to make this world better. No war, love and piece!
