Weil wir uns den Wunsch einer größeren Reise erfüllen möchten, suchen eine/n Untermieter/in für unsere Wohnung in Dossenheim, der/die sich gleichzeitig auch um unsere beiden Katzen kümmert.
Die Wohnung ist am Berg gelegen, sodass sie zwar im Keller des Hauses, aber dennoch ebenerdig zum Garten ist. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (könnte auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden), ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine und viel Stauraum. Über die Küche hat man Zugang zur Terrasse, in der man die Nachmittagssonne genießen kann und zum Gemüsebeet, das selbstverständlich gerne bepflanzt werden darf.
Kosten für TV und Internet sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

Because we want to fulfill the wish of a longer journey, we are looking for a subtenant for our apartment in Dossenheim, who will also take care of our two cats.
Although the apartment is situated on a hill and therefore in the cellar of the house, it is at ground level to the garden. It has one bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with dishwasher, a cosy living room with a sofa bed (could also be used as a second bedroom), a bathroom with bathtub and a storage room with washing machine and plenty of storage space. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and vegetable patch, which can of course be planted.
Costs for TV and internet are included in the additional costs.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und der Wald und die Weinberge sind direkt um die Ecke.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den alten Ortskern mit Geschäften und verschiedenen Restaurants liegen in einem Umkreis von nur 10 Minuten. Die Haltestelle Dossenheim Nord erreichst du nach etwa 8 Minuten - von dort kommst unter der Woche bis spät abends und am Wochenende rund um die Uhr nach Heidelberg.

The apartment is quietly located in a dead end street and the forest and vineyards are just around the corner.
Shopping facilities, the old town centre with shops and various restaurants are within a radius of only 10 minutes. The Dossenheim Nord stop can be reached in about 8 minutes - from there you can get to Heidelberg all around the clock during the week until late in the evening and on weekends.
Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass wir jemanden finden, der/die sich während unserer Reise liebevoll um unsere Katzen Brummer und Fräulein Lagerfeld kümmert und sie nicht nur mit Wasser und Futter, sondern auch mit Streicheleinheiten versorgt. Die beiden sind Freigänger und verbringen im Sommer viel Zeit draußen. Um das Futter, Katzenstreu und eventuelle Kosten kümmern wir uns natürlich.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz.

It is very important to us that we find someone who cares for our cats Brummer and Fräulein Lagerfeld during our trip and provides them not only with water and food, but also with cuddles. The two love to go outside, especcially during summer. Of course we take care of the food, cat litter and possible costs.
The apartment is fully furnished and has its own parking space.
