Die Deckenhöhe ist bis zu 4,5 Meter hoch, was die Wohnung noch größer wirken lässt.
Das Verhältnis zu den anderen Mietern des Hauses ist sehr entspannt.
Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Unterstand für Fahrräder und gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The advertised apartment is located on the 1st floor at the back of an apartment building with a separate entrance via the inner courtyard.
It consists of a 32sqm room, a 10sqm kitchen ( built-in kitchen can be passed on free of charge) with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove with cooking plates and a 5.5sqm bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and washing machine connection. The ceiling height is up to 4.5 meters high, which makes the apartment appear even larger.
The relationship with the other tenants of the house is very relaxed.
There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard and good parking facilities outside on the street.

Die Wohnung liegt am äußeren Ende von Kirchheim Richtung Rohrbach mit direkter Anbindung an die S-Bahn Linie (2-3 Gehminuten zur Station "Heidelberg Kirchheim-Rohrbach") und Straßenbahn (2-3 Gehminuten zur Station "Odenwaldstraße") sind sehr gut.
Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten lässt sich das Ortszentrum mit allen benötigten Geschäften sowie Supermärkten, Ärzte, Postamt, Bürgeramt, Apotheke etc. erreichen.
Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 26 erreicht man die Heidelberg Innen- und Altstadt in 15-20 Minuten. Von dort aus sind alle weiteren Straßenbahn- /Busverbindungen zur Heidelberger Universität oder ins Neunheimer Feld erreichbar.
Der Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof ist eine Station (4 Minuten) von der lokalen S-Bahn Station entfernt und bietet einen deutschlandweite Anbindung.

The flat is located at the outer ending of Kirchheim heading towards Rohrbach with direct connection to the local train station (2-3 minutes walking distance to the station "Heidelberg Kirchheim-Rohrbach") and tram station (2-3 minutes walking distance to the station "Odenwaldstraße").
Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the town centre with all necessary shops such as supermarkets, doctors, post office, citizen office, pharmacy etc.
With the tram line number 26 you get to Heidelberg city/old town within 15-20 minutes. From there you have a connection to all further tram/bus connections to Heidelberg University or Neunheimer Feld.
Heidelberg Main Station is one station(4 minutes) away from the local S-Bahn station and offers a connection throughout Germany.
