Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Dachgeschoss Wohnung in Kirchheim. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer fehlt auf den Fotos, es ist etwas kleiner als das Wohnzimmer und es gibt noch einen Abstellraum. Es gibt ein paar Balken, wo man sich drunter her bücken muss wenn man über 1,80 m groß ist.
Die Haltestelle Kirchheim Rathaus ist 2 Minuten entfernt, von da aus kommt man mit der 26 in 20 Minuten in die Altstadt.
Lidl und Aldi sind direkt nebenan, in 15 Minuten Fußweg hat man noch ein großes Rewe Center mit dm. Mehrere Bäcker, Cafés, Döner, Restaurants, Apotheken und Paketshops sind in der Nähe.
Man hat einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung und einen Waschkeller mit Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Unsere steht dort schon und die würden wir gerne für eine Ablöse weitergeben.
