Schöne, vollmöblierte 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon in Heidelberg-Neuenheim für April 2018 zu vermieten

Die Wohnung wird für die Monate März und April vermietet, kann aber auch nur einen der beiden Monate gemietet werden.

Unsere Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Bad, Toilette, Küche und einem Balkon. Die drei Zimmer sind Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Arbeitszimmer bzw Babyzimmer. Die beiden letzteren schauen ins Grüne hinter das Haus, dort ist auch der Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer ruhigen Straße hin.
Wir haben keinen Fernseher. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und auf dem Balkon ein Gasgrill.
Achtung Allergiker: es wohnt auch ein Hund in der Wohnung. Allerdings kann man in allen Zimmern die Teppiche entfernen und die Wohnung wird sowieso gründlich geputzt übergeben.

Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 1,40m breit (2 Personen) und die Couch ist ein Tagesbett, das auch für zwei Personen ausgezogen werden kann und zwei richtige Matratzen hat (2 Personen). Auf den Bilder fehlen die Türen zwischen den Zimmern - diese können alle eingehängt werden. Auch kann auf Wunsch ein größerer Esstisch aufgestellt werden. Außerdem werden selbstverständlich das Babybett und die Wiege im Schlafzimmer weggeräumt.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Neckars (2 Minuten zu Fuß), des Neuenheimer Feldes und der Universität. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich gleich ums Eck. Der Bismarckplatz ist in 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our flat is bright and cosy. It has 3 rooms, a rest room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The rooms are one bedroom, one living room and one is a study respectively babys room. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a bathtub in the bathroom and a gas barbecue on the balcony. The flat offers enough room for 4 Persons. The bedroom bed has a width of 1,40m and the couch in the living room offers two more spleeping berths with two normal matresses. The doors between the rooms are missing on the pictures - these can be hung bang, they are all there. Also a larger dining table can be set up. The cradle and the baby's bed in the dormitory will be removed when you move in.
We have a dog, so you have to be careful if you are an allergic (although she won‘t be there :-)). If you are one, we can remove all of the carpets – in any case the flat will be handed over in a completely cleanded condition.
We have no TV.

The flat is near the Neckar (2 minutes by foot), the university and the Neuenheimer Feld, which you can reach easy by foot too (5 minutes). A bakery is around the corner. The Bismarckplatz, which is city center is a 15 minutes walk.
