Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich werde zum 15.12. mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen und suche dafür eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, dafür ist aber ein ca 18 qm großer Garten mit dabei, in dem es sich super entspannen lässt. Die Lage ist ebenso beinahe perfekt, 3 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Brückenstraße, 4 vom nächsten Supermarkt und 2 vom Neuenheimer Markt entfernt.
In der Wohnung ist bereits ein Bett mit viel Stauraum, welches ich mir beim Einzug baute. Ebenso sind schon Badezimmermöbel und ein Umluft-Abzug in der Küche mit drin. All diese Gegenstände möchte ich gerne für 200 Euro weiter verkaufen.
