Wegen einem Auslandssemester vermieten ich und meine Freundin unsere 1,5 Zimmerwohnung von April bis September zwischen.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) und ist voll möbiliert. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und ein zur Küche offenes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher und Schreibtisch. Der Balkon schließt mit einer Glaswand an das Wohnzimmer an. Es gibt Rolläden und Vorhänge. Durch die dicken Betonwände bekommt man von den Nachbarn nichts mit. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind vorbeifahrende Autos nicht zu hören.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz (mit Schranke) direkt neben dem Haus. Dazu gehört eine Parkkarte für das Gelände des Neuenheimer Felds.
The apartment is on the second floor (with elevator) and completely furnished. It has a bedroom (double bed) and a kitchen, which is open to the living room (sofa, tv and study desk). A little balcony is next to the living room. There are shutters and curtains.
There is an underground parking space for one car.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim DKFZ, 3 min. zu Fuß von der Mensa entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt ein Bus in Richtung Bahnhof/Altstadt. Die Straßenbahn ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt, der Bahnhof 15 min. Für Spaziergänge ist man in 2 min. am Neckar.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Mathematikon (Aldi, Rossmann, Rewe), das in 7 min. zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der nächste Bäcker ist im Nachbargebäude.
The apartment is next to the dkfz, 3 minutes (by foot) away from the mensa. The next bus stop (direction train station/old town) is directly next to the building. The tram is 5 min, the train station 15 min on foot away.
The next supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann) is a 7 min walk away. The next bakery is in the neighboring building.
