Maisonette an einer Einzelnenperson-Nachmieter wird gesucht

Meine Freundin verlässt ihre helle und gemütliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Eichendorffplatz, in Rohrbach und wird frei ab 01.01.2021. Mit der Straßenbahn etwa 12 Minuten bis zum Bismarkplatz. Das geht ebenso schnell oder vllt. schneller mit dem Fahrrad. Es handelt sich von einer Wohnung in drittem Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhause ohne Aufzug. Hervorzuheben ist der Balkon, der Ausblick und die Helligkeit der Wohnung. Das Bad ist groß genug und die Küche ist relativ klein und teilweise ausgestattet (kein Ofen). Kleine Kühlschrank (Bosch) gehört zu den kleinen Küchen. Waschmaschine im Keller funktioniert mit Münze. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz und direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Da meine Freundin und ich zusammenziehen, verkauft sie ganz neue Möbel (1 Jahr alt plus minus), die nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Unsere neue Wohnung ist auch teilweise möbliert. Es ist schade, weil sie die Möbel sehr mag und die in einen top Zustand sind.
Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Schrank, einem Doppeltbett, kleinen Schrank unter der Treppe, einen ein paar kleine Regale, Vorhängesystem und Kleinlichkeiten. Vorteilhaft könnte es sein, für Leute, die keine Möbel haben. Sie sparen die Zeit (Urlabstage) für den Empfang und Aufbau der Möbel. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Kaution zwei oder drei Kaltmiete beträgt. Das können wir später erklären. Falls du Interesse an der Wohnung UND DIE MÖBEL hättest, bitte schreib uns etwas von dir, deinen Beruf und wie lange möchtest du ungefähr bleiben. Ich nehme an, dass eine Mindestzeit von einem Jahr verlangt wird. Bitte nur seriöse Nachfrage. Wir stehen gerne zur Verfügung, wenn du noch Frage hättest. My girlfriend leaves her bright and cozy apartment. The apartment is located near Eichendorffplatz, in Rohrbach and will be available from 01.01.2021. It is a pity because she likes the furniture very much and it is in top condition.
The furniture consists of a wardrobe, a double bed, a small cupboard under the stairs, a few small shelves, curtain system and trifles. It could be advantageous for people who do not have furniture. You save the time (urlabstage) for the reception and assembly of the furniture. I am not sure if the deposit is two or three cold rent. We can explain that later.
