Da wir für ein knappes Jahr ins Ausland gehen, möchten wir unsere schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl fühlen, gerne untervermieten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem sehr großen Wohn- und Esszimmer, von dem aus man auf die große, sonnige Südterrasse gelangt, auf der man bequem mit sechs Personen sitzen kann. Es gibt eine voll ausgestatte Küche, in der wir nach Wunsch gerne auch Geschirr und Kochutensilien zur Verfügung stellen. Außerdem ist ein Gästebad auf der Eingangsebene.
Im Souterrain befinden sich das große Schlafzimmer und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner steht ebenfalls dort. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Pkw-Stellplatz.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ideal für ein Paar.
As we are going to stay abroad for about one year we will sublet our nice flat, in which we really like to live in.
The flat constists of one large dining and living room from which one can go to the large and sunny terrasse where you can easily sit with about six people. There is a fully equiped kitchen with dish washer and everything else you may need. If you wish we will also leave dishes as well as other cooking utensils for you to use. Additionally there is a guest toilet. In the walk-down level there is a large bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and tub. A washing machine with dryer is there as well.
In front of the front door there is a bike shed and a parking space belongs to the flat as well.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Doppelhaushälfte in einem ruhigen, von Familien geprägten Viertel. In dem Haus leben insgesamt nur zwei Parteien. Die S-Bahnhöfe Schlierbach-Ziegelhausen und Orthopädie sind jeweils nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zentrum von Ziegelhausen mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einer Post und Apotheken ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Neben einem Edeka gibt es in Ziegelhausen auch einen Aldi, im Sommer 2018 wird in Schlierbach ein Rewe eröffnet, der in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sein wird.
Die Altstadt erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten, in 30 Minuten ist man auf dem Campus Neuenheimer Feld.
Zu erwähnen sei außerdem, dass quasi direkt vor der Haustür der Wald beginnt, sodass man extrem schnell im Grünen ist :-)
The flat is located in a semidetached house in a quiet neighbourhood with many young families. In the house itself there lives only one more family. You can reach the two train stations Schlierbach-Ziegelhausen and Orthopädie within a walk of about 10 minutes. The centre of Ziegelhausen with some shops, a post office and a pharmacy can be reached by bike within only a few minutes. In Ziegelhausen there is an Edeka and an Aldi, a Rewe will be opened in Schlierbach in summer 2018, which will enable grocery shopping within a short walking distance.
You can reach the historic cityt centre of Heidelberg by bike within only 15 minutes and the university campus Neuenheimer Feld within 30 minutes.
Also, there is the forest just opposite the house which is ideal for long walks and mountainbiking :-)

Auf Wunsch kann unser Vertrag für Internet und Festnetztelefon übernommen werden (25€ Grundgebühr plus Telefonkosten je nach "Verbrauch". Die als zusätzliche Kosten angegebenen 38€ sind die monatliche Stromvorausszahlung. Die endgültigen Kosten werden im Nachhinein entsprechend des Verbrauchs abgerechenet.
