Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für helle Maisonettewohnung in Schlierbach. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Großer Kleiderschrank gehört uns aber wir würden den gerne günstig abgeben.
In Gesamtmiete sind Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und Garagenstellplaz enthalten.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus braucht 20 min bis Bismarkplaz. In 10 Minuten zum Fuß erreicht man S-Bahnhof Heidelberg-Schlierbach/Ziegelhausen.

We are looking for a new tenant for our cozy duplex apartment in Schlierbach. Apartment is fully furnished and all costs including underground parking lot are in the final price of 900EUR per month. Large closet is ours but we would like to give it cheap.
Bus stop is located next to the entrance door and it takes ~20 minutes to get to the city center - Bismarkplaz. It takes not more that 10 minutes walk to get to the S-Bahn station Heidelberg-Schlierbach/Ziegelhausen from which you can easily go to Mannheim.
