Die zwei Zimmer sind in Südwestlage. Über die Fenster kommt viel Sonne und man hat guten Ausblick auf die Berge.
Die Haltestelle Fürstendamm ist etwa 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, von dort aus kommt man mit dem Bus 33 oder 34 in 15 an die Alte Brücke. Zum Hauptbahnhof über die S-Bahnhof Schlierbach/Ziegelhausen sind es auch ca. 15 min, nach Mannheim HBF 40 min. Bis Aldi braucht man 10 min mit dem Bus und bis Edeka - 5 min. Mit dem Auto ist alles noch schneller erreichbar. Der Weg in die Stadt führt schön am Neckar entlang
Es gibt ein Tagelicht-Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, Einbauküche, etc. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist schön warm, Warmwasser gibt´s quasi unendlich. Die DSL Verbindung ist bei KabelBW, schnell und zuverlässig.
Im Haus wohnen Berufstätige und PhD Studenten, alle ganz nett. Die Lage mit den Nachbaren ist also sehr entspannt. Dazu muss man aber sagen, dass das kein Party Haus ist und für unangemessen laute Personen ungeeignet. Rauchen im Haus ist nicht erlaubt.

The apartment is facing south-west, with a lot of sunlight coming in and a beautiful view of the hills.
The Bus stop Fürstendamm is only 3 min away from the house. It takes 15 min to get to the Old Bridge by bus. Via S-Bahn station Schlierbach/Ziegelhausen it takes around 15 min to get to the main station too. And to Mannheim it´s about 45 min. The supermarket Aldi is 10 min away by bus, Edeka only 5 min. By car you need 3 min.
The apartment was not meant as shared flat before us, that´s why it looks better than one could expect for a WG. We have a nice bathroom with a lot of sunlight, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine etc. The apartment is pretty warm and the hot water is unlimited. The DSL is fast and reliable.
The neighbors are employees and PhD Students, all of them pretty friendly people. We have never had problems with them. Please note though, that it isn´t a house to throw parties in and generally to make too much noise. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
