Die Wohnung ist klein aber perfekt für eine Einzelperson. Ich bin erst vor einem halben Jahr eingezogen und muss aus persönlichen Gründen leider wieder ausziehen.
Vor meinem Einzug wurde die Wohnung frisch renoviert und ist aus diesem Grund ist einem super Zustand.
Als ich Eingezogen bin habe ich Vorhänge und zwei Regale an die Wand eingebaut. Diese würde ich dem Nachmieter übergeben für 80€.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zwei Bahnhaltestelle keine 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Ein Bäcker, Ärztehaus und Polizeiwache ist die Straße runter (2 min zu Fuß). Außerdem sind Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, paar kleinere Geschäfte und Cafés) ebenfalls 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich ziehe so schnell aus wie es mir Möglich ist. Vermutlich wird also die Wohnung schon früher frei, somit wäre es gut wenn der Nachmieter auch zeitnah einziehen möchte. Näheres erfährst du wenn du dich bei mir meldest :)
Die zweite „Etage“ der Wohung ist 1.5m hoch.
