Unsere große und gemütliche WG hat zwei Schlafzimmer (12 m² & 9 m²) und ein Wohnzimmer, das mit der Küche verbunden ist. Neben den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Flur und ein Bad vorhanden, außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein geräumiges Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Als elektronische Geräte würden wir zudem gerne den Herd und die Waschmaschine hinterlassen. Einen Preis für die Übernahme der Möbel und Elektrogeräte können wir gerne bei der Besichtigung besprechen. Falls nicht alle Möbel übernommen werden möchten, finden wir sicherlich auch eine gute Lösung.

Our large and cozy shared apartment has two bedrooms (12 m² & 9 m²) and a living room that is connected to the kitchen. In addition to the bedrooms and the living room, there is a hallway and a bathroom, and the apartment also has a spacious basement compartment. The apartment is completely furnished. We would also like to leave the stove and the washing machine as electronic devices. We are happy to discuss a price for taking over the furniture and electrical appliances during the inspection. If you don't want to take over all the furniture, we're sure to find a good solution.
Unsere WG liegt im schönen Ilmenauer Stadtbereich "Stollen", im südlichen Teil Ilmenaus.
Alles wichtige in Ilmenau ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Edeka und der ALDI inkl. DHL Packstation sind etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Zu Fuß sind es zur Uni etwa 10 Minuten und zur Stadtmitte auch etwa 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad entsprechend kürzer.

Our WG is located in the beautiful Ilmenau area "Stollen", in the southern part of Ilmenau.
Everything important in Ilmenau is within walking distance and there are good parking facilities. The Edeka and the ALDI incl. DHL Packstation are about 5 minutes walk away.
It is about 10 minutes on foot to the university and about 10 minutes to the city center, and correspondingly shorter by bike.
Da wir im April nicht mehr in Ilmenau sind, würden wir gerne die Wohnung ab dem 01.04.2023 abgeben. Wir freuen uns auf Besichtigungen und Eure Nachrichten.
