Wir vermieten unsere schöne, helle und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung hier in Innsbruck über den Sommer von Juli bis September. Sie ist etwa 50m² groß und verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Die hohen Wände mit der gebogenen Decke und die große Fensterfront sorgen für viel Tageslicht und Sonne in der gesamten Wohnung. Außerdem bietet sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Patscherkofel und die Bergisel. Die Fenster sind mit Jalousien ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

We are subletting our beautiful, bright, and very centrally located apartment here in Innsbruck for the summer, from July to September. It is approximately 50m² in size and features a spacious living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with more than the necessary kitchen amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The high walls with the curved ceiling and the large windows provide plenty of natural light and sunshine throughout the apartment. Additionally, it offers a wonderful view of the Patscherkofel and the Bergisel. The windows are equipped with blinds. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has both an elevator and an underground parking space.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, direkt am berühmten Landhausplatz, wo man das Skateboard herausnehmen oder bei einem Café in der Sonne den Skatern zusehen kann. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und verschiedene nette Cafés und Bars befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Wiltener Platz in ca. 5 Minuten und das Goldene Dachl in 7 Minuten. Auch die Natur ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment's location is perfect, right by the famous Landhausplatz, where you can take out your skateboard or enjoy watching skaters at a café in the sun. Various shopping opportunities are also just a few meters away. The main train station is only a 3-minute walk away, and various nice cafés and bars are also around the corner. It's about a 5-minute walk to Wiltener Platz and 7 minutes to the Goldenes Dachl. Nature is also within easy reach within a few minutes.
