Da ich für einige Wochen nicht in Berlin bin, bin ich hier auf der Suche nach einem vertrauensvollen Untermieter*in (oder einem Paar).
Die Wohnung ist ein sehr heller Altbau mit 58qm und ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, Sofa und sonst allem was man zum gemütlichen Wohnen braucht. Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen, die zweimal gegossen werden müssten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden mit der U9, der M10 und auch verschiedene S-Bahnen sind fußläufig (oder mit dem Bus) erreichbar.
Vielleicht sucht ja jemand etwas, um erstmal in Berlin anzukommen oder übergangsweise?
Gibt bitte in eurer Nachricht Bescheid, ob ihr in Berlin wärt vor dem Übergabedatum für ein persönliches Treffen.

As I won't be in Berlin for a few weeks, I'm looking for a trustworthy subtenant (or a couple).
The apartment is a very bright old building with 58 square meters and is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa and everything else you need to live comfortably. I have a few plants that need to be watered twice.
The apartment is very well connected with the U9, the M10 and various S-Bahn lines are also within walking distance (or by bus).
Maybe someone is looking for something to arrive in Berlin for the time being or temporarily?
Please let me know in your message if you would be in Berlin before the handover date for a personal meeting.
