Moin, ich suche für die Zeit vom 01.03.2022 bis 01.07.2022 einen oder zwei Untermieter (WG ist also möglich).
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (15 m² und 17 m²), sowie Küche, Bad und Logia.
Die Wohnung ist allgemein sehr hell und in gutem Zustand. Dank der Fenster in südöstlicher Richtung haben die beiden Zimmer fast den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Zentrale Lage direkt am Dreiecksplatz. Cafe Resonanz und Campus Suite zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt.
Schrevenpark zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt.
Bushaltestelle "Dreiecksplatz" ist zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt. Gute Anbindungen zur Uni und FH.
Aldi und Rewe zu Fuß ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Einzug ist wahrscheinlich schon ein zwei Tage vor dem 01.03. möglich.
