This apartment has two bedrooms, 1 kitchen and toilet. I am renting one of the two rooms and the kitchen and toilet including all utilities.
Utilities:
1) Washing machine
2) TV
3) Internet Wi-Fi
4) Refrigerator
5) Baking and cooking Ovens
6) Heater
7) Water and Air : P
You get a better picture from the pictures.
All this actually for a good price which is lower than what I pay per month for the entire apartment. Hence please understand the reason for such a deposit which I will be more than glad to return if my apartment is kept as clean and conditioned (as it was before) when i return.
This apartment is a sweet piece of convenience in many ways. Buses to hbf stops right in front of the apartment building. This place is located just 15mins walkable distance from Kiel hbf ; 2mins by buses 62, 61, 502, 501 (very frequent too). If u are at university the buses take u directly from the house without having to change anywhere.
Read on if u are not convinced by now...
1) Aldi, Lidl located again at walkable distance
2) Bauhaus as well at walkable distance
3) Kiosk located two buildings away
4) one of the best doner and gyros shop in Kiel located 3 buildings away
5) place to store ur bike
6) very nearby park if u are into jogging
7) Ikea at biking distance
All this ofcourse if u can climb stairs to the 4th floor (it's a fairly good bargain for that)
I expect money payment rent and deposit upfront ofcourse because I already paid the rent for the month.
I can think of extending this rental period until end of July if it helps you. I will charge less for the remaining 15 days of July since I will be back from mid july.
