I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy apartment in the Unidorm on the Fachhochschule Kiel (FH) campus.
IMPORTANT! It would be ideal if you would like to move in as soon as possible—preferrably in July. You'd have to stay at least for the upcoming winter semester. You also have to be a student who’ll study in Kiel.
Private room, your own bathroom, shared kitchen.
The room is modern and bright. Although it is a dormitory, it is very quiet and not at all noisy here.
Due to its location on the south-west side, you also have a lot of sun here. You have your own balcony. You have your own fridge, you share the kitchen with other residents. There's, obviously, wi-fi.
If you have a car or a bike, there's a parking lot that belongs to Unidorm.
Before your arrival, the apartment is cleaned.
The FH campus is right on your doorstep, and it's two minutes to the bus stop on foot.
Shops are reachable within 10 minutes (Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann). Otherwise you can be in the city center in 15-20 minutes by bus (number 11). Also, it's 15 minutes to a beach.
The price is 410 euros a month, plus at the beginning you pay 410 euros as a deposit (Kaution) which they will return at the end of your stay.
