ich biete meine Wohnung zur Übernahme oder Zwischenmiete an.Die hat Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badzimmer und Küche mit Balkon zum Hinterhof.Alles ist komplett möbliert (siehe Fotos)
Es gibt keinen Festnetz/DSL Vertrag. Ich kann ggf. einen auf meinem Name abschließen oder sonst Bringe Deinen mit :-) Auch Kabel Deutschland Installation ist vorhanden.
Das Haus hat 4 Etagen. 2 Wohnungen pro Etage. Extreme Ruhig!! Sehr hell da es Richtung Süden ausgelegt ist.
Die Strasse ist sehr kurz und ruhig.Es gibt Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäckerei und weitere Laden in der Nähe.Mann kann sehr Schnell die Autobahn erreichen.
Die Innenstadt ist nur 10min zu Fuß entfernt.Mehrere Bus Haltestellen sind in der Umgebung. Das Städtisches Krankenhaus ist direkt daneben. Schrevenpark ist nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt viele Parkplätze und normalerweise gibt es kein Problem ganz nah zu parken wenn man Abends nicht zu spät ankommt.
Sowohl Untermiete als auch Übernahme möglich. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten dann auch übernommen werden.Der Preis kann vereinbart werden.
