wir bieten hier unsere Wohnung an. Fotos folgen im Laufe der Woche.
Die beiden Zimmer sind etwa gleich groß und gehen beide separat vom Flur ab, daher top WG geeignet. Die Küche und das Badezimmer wurden im November 2013 saniert. Die Einbauküche mit Ceranfeld und Backofen bleibt in der Wohnung.
Wir wohnen derzeit als 2er WG in der Wohnung und sind beide Studenten. In der Zukunft sollte es also auch für Studenten und WGs möglich sein die Wohnung zu mieten.

Südfriedhof, angesagtes Gebiet. Alle wichtigen Sachen sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (z.B. LIDL,sky, PlazaCenter, IKEA, öffentlicher Nahverkehr [81,51,50], Apotheken, Ärzte). Ebenfalls in der Nähe befindet sich das Prinz Willy!
Mit dem Bus: Bahnhof 10min, zur Uni ca. 20min.
