Schöne Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer, großes Badezimmer (mit Fenster) und das Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf den Rhein :)
2 Schlafzimmer, Flur und Abstellkammer.
Ich trenne mich nur ungern, aber die Wohnung ist leider zu groß, daher suche ich etwas kleineres. Am liebsten auch im Kölner Süden, bin aber auch offen für andere Veedel. Und ein Balkon wäre schön, aber kein Muss :)
Die Wohnung sollte max 800€ kosten.

Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Südstadt/Bayenthal, in 5 min ist man am Chlodwigplatz, wo viele Cafés, Bar, Restaurants etc sind.
Bahn und Bus (16,17 und 106) sind in der Nähe und alle Geschäfte, die man so täglich braucht sind in 2 min fußläufig zu erreichen (Rewe, DM, Penny, Alnatura etc).
Am besten tagsüber per Mail anschreiben oder abends auch gerne anrufen :) Sonst ruf ich zurück!
