Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts suche ich einen Untermieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Ehrenfeld. Die Altbau-Wohnung hat hohe Decken und ist sehr gemütlich und sehr hell. Sie besteht aus 2 Zimmern (Arbeitszimmer als Durchgangszimmer und Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) sowie einer Küche und einer Diele. Im Keller steht meine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert und mit allem nötigen Haushalts-Inventar vermietet, sodass man direkt einziehen kann. Das Bett ist 140cm groß. Der Kleiderschrank bietet hinreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage auf der Venloer Str. in Ehrenfeld (Höhe Haltestelle Körnerstr.). Sie geht nach hinten raus und ist dadurch trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, DM, Rossmann) sind alle in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn-Linie 3 und 4 in wenigen Minuten gegeben.
