Die schöne Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln Ehrenfeld wird zur Zwischenmiete von Februar bis Oktober möbliert vermietet. In der Wohnung, mit separater Küche (mit Spülmaschine), hat man alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, und sie bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Derzeit wohnen mein Freund und ich hier zusammen, da wir aber die Möglichkeit haben in Berlin zu arbeiten, suchen wir eine oder einen netten Untermieter, der/die sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Ggf. bestünde eine Möglichkeit der Wohnungsübernahme.

We are subletting our 2 room apartment in Cologne Ehrenfeld furnished from February to October 2022. The flat has a separate kitchen with dish washer, washer and dryer are also available. It is sufficient space for two people. Currently my boyfriend and I are living here but due to the possibility to work in Berlin, we are looking for someone to sublet our flat who will take good care of it. There might be a possibility to take over the flat after October permanently.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Mitten im schönen Ehrenfeld, das viele Restaurant-, Café-, und Ausgehoptionen zu bieten hat. Außerdem ist man sehr schnell im Grüngürtel, der zu entspannten Spaziergängen einlädt. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befinden sich alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe, DM, Roßmann, etc.). Auch die Anbindung an ÖPNV ist hervorragend.

The location of the flat is great. It is located in the beautiful area of Ehrenfeld that offers lots of restaurant, coffee and going out options. The nice green area Grüngürtel is close that is ideal for running or just some time outside. Supermarkets are just over the street and subway, buses etc are reached within minutes of walking distance.
