Ende Januar 2019 möchte ich dem ekeligen Kölner Winter für zwei Monate entfliehen und während dieser Zeit meine schöne Wohnung zur Verfügung stellen!
Im Oktober 2016 bin ich nach Mülheim gezogen und fühle mich pudelwohl hier: Alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof mit Regionalverkehr, U- und S-Bahn, ein schöner Park, Cafés und Restaurants sowie der Rhein mit schöner Promenade zum spazieren gehen oder joggen.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau (ich glaube, das Haus ist von 1907) und voll möbliert. Natürlich würde ich aber ausreichend Platz schaffen für dich/euch! Internet ist vorhanden und im Preis mit enthalten!
Ich wohne allein hier, wäre aber evtl. bereit, die Wohnung auch an zwei Personen unterzuvermieten (wobei sich inbesondere Paare angesprochen fühlen sollten, da es nur eine Schlafmöglichkeit gibt). Hinzufügen sollte ich, dass die Wohnung größer ist, als es auf den Fotos wirkt.

I live here alone but would also sublet it to two persons (couple, because there is only one bed).
