The flat have a big Living room connected with the Kitchen. The double Bedroom is right next to it and both have window-doors leading to the big Terrace which is situated over my friendly neighbors Garden! The big room is over the buildings garage and it is perfect for Airbnb. There is the Bathroom with toilet and second separated Toilet right next to it (yes, 2 toilets!). .
In case you have motorcycle there is free space in the garage :)

The place is 1 minute away from Alter Militärring U1 Train Station (12-15min to Rudolfplatz) and the Alter Militärring Buss Stop of 141, 143 and 144. The most nearest S-bahn Station is TechnologiePark which is 15 minutes by walk but you can use the buss 143/141 to reach it as well. There are the Park of Braunsfeld and Rhein Energie Stadion 5 minutes away from here. The biggest benefit of this area is the quiet atmosphere around!
I am looking forward for someone which can rent the whole place or to became my new flatmate(s) since 1st of August because my dear present flatmates are moving out at the end of July.
You can be a couple or single one.
Most of the time I am traveling because of my job so I will be onboard not so often in case you want to live with me.
If you want to rent the whole flat we have to speak about it.
My German is in the very beginning so I am writing in English (Globish).
