Hello everyone!
I rent my nice and comfortable apartment (36 m²) in Neuehrenfeld (Takuplatz) for about two weeks (16th June - 3rd July negotiable!!).
The location is very quiet and "green"; it is 10 minutes (S-Bahn nr.13) from the Rhein beaches (amazing place for walking or take a bath in summer!).
The distance to the city center is 15 minutes whit the bike or 10 minutes whit the S-Bahn (Line 5).
The distance to the university is about 15 minutes whit bike and 15 whit the S-Bahn (line 13-1-7).
I rent my bike too if someone need it!
The apartment has a nice bathroom with bathtub (+ shower), a separate kitchen whit dining area, a furnished bedroom whit a 140x200 bed.
The apartment has a big basement (good for bikes) and a shared garden;it is well-lighten, thanks to the big windows placed in the dining room and in the bedroom.
