Ich biete diese sehr zentral gelegene, helle und voll möblierte Wohnung an. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für ein bis zwei Personen. Gelegen zwischen Chlodwigplatz und Barbarossaplatz sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichbar. Der Volksgarten befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und bietet zusätzlich Ruhe und Erholung. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig erreichbar. Bahn Station Eifelstraße direkt vor der Haustür mit direkter Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.
Da mich leider viele Anfragen erreichen, die sich darauf beziehen, die Wohnung dauerhaft zu mieten, kann ich nur auf Anfragen antworten, die das Wort Zwischenmiete enthalten.
Ich belasse alle meine Möbel sowie viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung und wünsche mir daher eine/n rücksichtsvollen Zwischenmieter/in, der/die im besten Fall Pflanzen genauso liebt wie ich und sorgsam mit meinen Möbeln umgeht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Hausparties und ähnliches sind daher nicht erwünscht.

INTERIM RENT
I offer this very centrally located, fully furnished, bright apartment. It offers enough space for one to two people. Located between Chlodwigplatz and Barbarossaplatz all important places are quickly accessible. The Volksgarten is just around the corner and offers additional peace and relaxation. All important stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Train station Eifelstraße directly in front of the door with direct connection to the main station.
Since I receive many requests to rent the apartment permanently, I can only respond to requests that contain the word Zwischenmiete (interim rent).
I leave all my furniture as well as many plants in the apartment and therefore wish a considerate interim tenant, who in the best case loves plants as much as I do and is careful with my furniture.
The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building. House parties and the like are therefore not desired.
