Ich wohne im Herzen der Südstadt, direkt am Chlodwigplatz. Es gibt jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, Rewe und DM sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Ich habe keinen Balkon, aber der Friedenspark ist 5 Minuten entfernt und der Volksgarten ist 10 Minuten entfernt.

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from mid April to the end of May.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a multi family house. It has 2 large furnished rooms, a seperate equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washer/dryer, a large entry way with built in storage. The neighbors are all nice and respectful.

I live in the heart of the Südstadt, directly at chlodwigplatz. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and bars around, rewe and DM are 5 minutes away. I don't have a balcony but the friedenspark is 5 minutes away and the volksgarten is 10 minutes away.
