The flat is located at the ground floor of a building consisting of 8 flats. The area has a familiar atmosphere. The flat has two rooms, the living room with an open kitchen and a bed room with double bed. Toilet with shower. The small garden with a terasse is perfect for sitting outside, please smoke outside. The flat is fully handicapped accessible.
Modern furnishings, fitted kitchen with ceramic stove, dish washer, fridge and small freezer, washing machine, double bed, cable television, WiFi. The flat is meant for one person, but two can fit in easily as well.
Ich vermiete für 2 Monate meine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in Klettenberg, da ich im Ausland bin.
Dementsprechend wird die Wohnung voll möbliert sein, Schränke, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. dürft ihr gerne benutzen. Generell ist die Wohnung für eine Person gedacht, man kann aber gut auch zu zweit darin wohnen.
Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Terasse, Raucher können also draußen rauchen. W-Lan ist vorhanden, ebenso Kabel Fernsehn.
It is located in a cosy area at the western edge of Cologne but the city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram (Linie 18). Linie 18 also goes to Bonn, furthermore the flat is very close to the Autobahn A4 (2 min). To University it's 10 minutes by bike. The area is perfect for jogging, there are plenty parks around.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit 8 Parteien in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rand von Köln, die Innenstadt ist aber sehr schnell zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn (Line 18) am Neumarkt, die 18 fährt außerdem nach Bonn. Die Autobahn A4 liegt nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10 Minuten bis zur Uni. Wer gerne in der Natur joggen geht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, es gibt zahlreiche Parks und den Grüngürtel ganz in der Nähe.

I rent the flat for 2 months because I will study abroad. I rent from midst of february to the midst of april, but if you are looking for a flat for the whole february and march, it won't be a problem.
Please don't let the plants inside and outside die of thirst.

Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und Bad und Dusche sind Rollstuhl-geeignet.
Ich werde von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April unterwegs sein, falls ihr aber eine Wohnung für 2 Monate für Anfang Februar bis Ende März sucht, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
Die Pflanzen in der Wohnung bitte nicht verdursten lassen(gießen alle 2 Wochen reicht aus).
Eine Kaution ist erforderlich.
