This is a beautiful shared apartment on the top floor, with an additional level inside the flat. With a large kitchen and living area, there are 4 rooms in the flat. The vacant room has a typical and beautiful European-slanted (roof) window. This apartment also has a large balcony on which beautiful summer time periods and sunsets can be enjoyed! The apartment is fully equipped and has two bathrooms. Dish washer and washing machines are also included. Smoking allowed only in the balcony. Room rent: 360 EUR / month. There are three other wonderful girls between the ages 23-26 living in this flat, living in the other rooms.
Everybody in this flat is very relaxed, chill, and aso love to spend time together in the common area to wind down after a long day by cooking together, sometimes watching tv together, and
of course, having some wine! <3
It is very strategically located, as there are train stops right next to the flat, with direct lines to the city center. The Train line "12" which takes you straight to the city centre, is just a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. The location is filled with lines of supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Zollstockarkaden), restaurants, kiosks, pharmacies and bakeries. The city center is located approximately 20 minutes away from the train stop below. It is also a very safe and beautiful area to live in, surrounded by beautiful parks at a walkable distance.
