Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines 30er-Jahre-Altbaus (ohne Aufzug) und ist wirklich sehr hell. Dadurch, dass das Haus ein Stück abseits der Straße/zurückgesetzt steht, ist sie trotz ihrer zentralen Lage wunderbar ruhig.

Köln-Zollstock, direkte Nähe zu Volksgarten/Südstadt/Innenstadt. Alle Geschäfte des tgl. Bedarfs um die Ecke (Gottesweg/Hönningerweg/ Zollstock-Arkaden). Dazu Restaurants, Ärzte, Post etc.

Gute Autobahnanbindung (Köln-Süd). Straßenbahn (Linie 12) und Bus in unter 5 Min. erreichbar. Direkte Busverbindung zur Uni (13 Min). Kein eigener Stellplatz, aber Parksituation vor der Tür (für Kölner Verhältnisse) gut!

Viel Grün drum herum: ob im nahegelegenen Volksgarten oder Vorgebirgspark - beste Bedingungen zum Sporteln und Chillen!

Rooms/Facilities:
Cozy eat-in kitchen with dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen (stove/oven, dishwasher. refrigerator, freezer, microwave) enough dishes and about everything needed.

Living room: comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, flatscreen, shelf, small desk with chair.

Bedroom with wardrobe/shelf, rattan double bed (1.40 m) with health mattress and high-quality slatted frame.

Daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC, washing machine.

Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron etc. Towels and bed linen available (small fee).

Location: 3rd floor of a 1930s building (no elevator). The building being a bit off the street, it is wonderfully quiet despite its central location.

Cologne-Zollstock, direct proximity to Volksgarten/Südstadt/downtown. All stores for daily needs, nice restaurants and cafés, doctors etc. just around the corner (Gottesweg/Hönningerweg/ Zollstock-Arkaden).

Good freeway connection (Kreuz Köln-Süd). Streetcar (line 12) and bus reachable in less than 5 min. Direct bus connection to the university (13 min). No own parking space, but parking situation in front of the door (by Cologne standards) good!

Lots of green around: whether in the nearby Volksgarten or Vorgebirgspark - best conditions for sports and chilling!
