100m² apartment by the lake for sublet - 100 m² Wohnung am See

Wir sind eine Deutsch/Chilenische Familie mit einem 2 jährigen Sohn und einer Tochter auf dem Weg und wir suchen jemanden zur Untermiete für unsere 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung, da wir für 10 Monate nach Chile reisen.

Das kleine Zimmer hat etwa 15m² und ist unser Kinderzimmer. Es ist mit einem Futonbett (1,40 x 2,00m) ausgestattet. Es hat einen kleineren Schrank und tollen Blick auf den See.

Das zweite, größere Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und ist unser Schlafzimmer. Es hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den See, ein großes 2x2m Bett plus TV und großem Kleiderschrank.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Toiletten.
Das großes Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Die kleine Toilette hat auch eine Kindertoilettensitzadapter für die kleinen Bewohner.

Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Die offene Küche verbindet die beiden Räume und der ganze Bereich bekommt viel natürliches Licht. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher und eine Heimkinoanlage.

Die Küche ist für 6 Personen ausgestattet, inclusive Induktionsherd (sicherer für die Kids), Ofen, Geschirrspüler und amerikanischen Doppleflügelkühlschrank.

Aus unserem Wintergarten haben wir ein kleines Arbeitszimmer gemacht, welches natürlich mitgenutzt werden kann.

Wir haben auch einen Balkon mit einem schönen, großen Kohlegrill wenn ihr den Tag mal zu Hause in der Natur verbringen wollt.

Der Wohnkomplex besteht aus zwei Häusern mit je 6 Wohneinheiten. Wir haben für die Kinder auch einen kleinen Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück und das Parken außerhalb des Komplexes ist überhaupt kein Problem.

We are a German/Chilean Family with a 2y.o son and a baby girl on the way and we are looking for subletting our lovely 2 bedroom, toddler friendly apartment for 10 month 2017/2018

The smaller room is furnished with a futon bed (1,40 x 2,00m) that fits perfectly 2 people. It comes with a big drawer for your belongings and an AMAZING view on the lake.

The main bedroom is about 20m² big and has a lovely view on the lake and includes a king size bed plus TV and a huge closet. It's perfect for a couple or two people if they want to change the bed.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower, bath tub and it also has a washing machine. The small
toilette includes a toddler’s toilet seat adapter.

The living and dining areas are quite spacey and cozy due to the open kitchen that links them and because you get a lot of natural light in. There is
a TV and a home theater system to enjoy your evenings in if you want to.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 6, with induction stove (safer for children), oven, dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator.

A small office room is available for your convenience as well.

We also have a balcony that includes a really nice charcoal BBQ if you want to enjoy the day at home among nature.

It’s a 2 building complex with each 6 apartments and we even have a small playground on the Ground floor outside for little children. Parking outside the complex is no problem.
