Diese schöne Wohnung sucht ab Anfang Juni 2024 einen Mieter/ eine Mieterin.
Hier die wichtigsten Fakten✨:
▪️Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Abstellraum, Badezimmer und Toilette, Wohnzimmer und 2 Balkone - insgesamt ca. 78 m2.
Eine Zimmer und die Wohnzimmer verfügen über einen Balkon.
▪️ Zentrale Lage: die Innenstadt ist in 2 min erreichbar und die Fh Campus ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar
▪️ sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, usw.). Alles was man braucht ist schon vorhanden. Ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht dabei. Du brauchst nur deine Tücher für Badezimmer, Bettwäsche und Küche Utensilien. Nach Absprache können wir eventuell unsere Utensilien gegen eine kleine Ablöse zur Verfügung stellen. (nicht alle Möbel sind wie im Foto)
▪️Miete beträgt 600€ pro Monat und dazu kommen für Strom, Gas, Wasser und Wlan insgesamt circa 45 € pro Monat. Die Wohnung ist gut isoliert, wir haben daher nicht so viel heizen müssen. Die Kosten für Strom könnten aber variieren.
▪️Die Wohnung war für uns als Studenten bei der IMC Fh Krems ideal, es ist auch als 2er WG geeignet.

This beautiful apartment is looking for a tenant from the beginning of June 2024.
Here are the most important facts✨:
▪️The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, storage room, bathroom and toilet, living room and 2 balconies - in total approx. 78 m2. One room and the living room have a balcony.
▪️ Central location: the city centre can be reached in 2 minutes and the Fh Campus is a 10-minute walk away
▪️ Very well equipped (washing machine, fridge, etc.). Everything you need is already there. There is no dishwasher. You only need your towels for the bathroom, bed linen and kitchen utensils. After consultation we can possibly provide our utensils for a small fee. (not all furniture is as in the photo)
▪️Miete is 600€ per month, plus electricity, gas, water and wifi totalling about 45€ per month. The flat is well insulated, so we didn't have to heat it that much. However, the cost of electricity may vary.
▪️ The apartment is as Student ideal, it can also be used as a 2 people shared apartment.
