Hallo!
Eine Etage "zu viel" würde ich gerne mit Leben füllen. Je nach Gestaltung stehen 3-4 Zimmer und eine Dusche zur Verfügung, die Küche wäre eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Es gibt separate Zugangsmöglichkeiten.
Die Anbindung an Köln oder Düsseldorf ist ideal.
Was schwebt mir (49 Feuerwehrmann und Hobbymusiker) vor? Vielleicht ein Musiker der für eine Zeit eine Wohnung hier sucht, ein Schriftsteller, Philosophiestudent... einfach mal anders leben. Velleicht kann ich nebenbei so noch Spanisch, Harfe oder was auch immer lernen.
Anfang/Mitte April soll es losgehen...
