Bright flat in the West for 10 days (20.04-29.04)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem Stadtteil Altlindenau, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Lindenau Markt und 3 Minuten von der Tram 7 zum Hauptbahnhof (15 Minuten).
Die Wohnung hat eine offene Küche aufm Wohnzimmer und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Im Badezimmer findet ihr eine Badewanne.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt ist sie auch sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer ist aufm Hof und man schläft hier wie ein Baby :-)

Ich bin 10 Tage weg und lasse die Wohnung für 150€ all inklusive. Ich bin vom 20.04 bis zum 29.04 weg.

The flat is in the area Altlindenau. You are 10 minutes aways from Lindenauer Markt and 3 minutes away from the tram 7, which takes you in 15 minutes to the central station.
The flat has an open kitchen on the living room and a separate bedroom. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished and equiped. It is also really quiet. The street is really quiet and the bedroom is on the yard, so you really sleep like a baby here :-)

I'll be away for 10 days, from the 20th to the 29th of April. The rent is 150€ for the 10 days.
